Rev. William (Bill) Stack IV

I accepted Christ at age 6, in 1972, during a Children's Church alter call at the Steelville, Missouri, Assembly of God Church. I was active in VBS, and then in the youth group at St. James A/G when we moved there. I received the Baptism in the Holy Ghost at age 15. I raised funds when 16 years old to go on a 3-week missions trip to rural Jamaica with AIM (Ambassadors in Missions); our team of 12 saw over 200 saved, filled with the Holy Ghost, and/or healed. While at college at U.S.M.A., West Point, I served as a founding Elder of West Point Full Gospel Fellowship, and as a musician. I helped conduct prayer services in the mid-east while there during Desert Storm. After that I was joined by my wife, Sheri (Robinson), who helped establish a Sunday School program while we were stationed in Germany. In 1993 I resigned my commission to come home to Salem Full Gospel Church, work (secular), and help in an unpaid status. I served as groundskeeper, teacher, speaker, musician, helper, board member, and elder before becoming Pastor, along with Sheri, on 9/3/00. I work part-time as a financial consultant. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from U.S.M.A., and a Masters of Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. I count it a privilege to be a part of H.M.F.I.
