H.E.L.P.S. Ministry Fellowship International (HMFI), was founded in 1999 by Dr. Afton B. Oglesby.

Our purpose is to assist every minister to fulfill the Great Commission to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.

We believe that the Pastor who has ten in their church should be treated the same as the Pastor with 10,000.
